To me, this is a perfect, professional interview worthy outfit, but it breaks a lot of interview attire "rules." First of all, it's not a full suit. Secondly she is wearing open toe shoes. Thirdly she is wearing plaid, which is usually reserved for casual Friday, but I kinda don't care about any of these things. Do those rules even apply anymore when interviewing anywhere other than Washington, DC and Wall Street?
