inner hippie?

I don't think I have much hippie in me and it's certainly not my style, but I do love certain folky style elements of that era. Namely high-waisted silhouettes, and Native American influences like beading and suede. I wish I could pull off the whole look, but for now I will have to settle for these cute Minnetonka Moccasin booties. I have some regular, flat ones already and they are quite possibly the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. The cushioning is amazing and the suede molds to the shape of your feet.



Now I just need to muster up the guts to wear a hand band like, Beth, from The Vintage Society.
